MLS retains ownership of its proprietary methods and tools. Clients receive a license for internal use of systems built for them.

Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information.

Either party may terminate with written notice. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MLS does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of site content or of third-party materials referenced here.

MLS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold MLS harmless from claims arising out of your use of this site or your breach of these terms.
